PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy explains how EON Orienteering / EON Tours ("we") collects, uses and protects the personal data of participants and visitors of the Antalya O-Fest (AOFEST) website (antalyaofest.com). By using this website and registering for the event, you agree to the terms below.

1. Data We Collect. During registration and entry procedures we collect: name and surname, date of birth, gender, nationality, e-mail address, phone number, club/team information, SportIdent (SI) card number and, where required for national competitors, identity number. For accommodation and transfer services we may additionally collect travel details (flight information, arrival/departure dates).

2. Purpose of Processing. Personal data is processed solely for: organising the competition (start lists, results, timing), providing accommodation/transfer services you order, issuing payment and invoice records required by law, and contacting you about the event. Start lists and result lists containing name, club, category and SI number are published as part of normal orienteering event practice.

3. Payments. Online payments are processed by the bank's secure virtual POS (3D Secure) infrastructure. Card details are entered on the bank's payment page and are never stored on our servers.

4. Sharing. Data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing. It may be shared only with: the timing/results service, hotels and transfer providers for services you ordered, and public authorities where legally required (e.g. accommodation notification).

5. Cookies. The website uses technical session cookies required for login and language selection, and Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection. No advertising cookies are used.

6. Retention and Security. Data is stored on secured servers and kept as long as required for the organisation of the event and legal record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

7. Your Rights. Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and, where applicable, the GDPR, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to info@eonorienteering.com.

8. Photos and Media. Photographs and videos taken in competition areas may be published in the event gallery and social media accounts for the promotion of the sport. If you wish a specific image of you to be removed, contact us and it will be removed.
