TERMS OF REGISTRATION
EON TOURS EVENT PARTICIPATION SERVICE CONTRACT
ARTICLE 1 - SUBJECT:
This contract concerns the rights and liabilities of the PARTICIPANT enrolling in an event organized by EON TOURS.

The event enrolled by the PARTICIPANT is as follows:

Fee : Equal to the basket total (€)
Payment : On-line by credit card

ARTICLE 5 - RIGHT TO WITHDRAW AND CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLATION:
Cancellation of race entries and refund of entrance fees are possible under the following conditions:
The bank charges will not be refunded.
The last day for cancellation with a refund under circumstances listed below is 10 days prior to the event.
Cancellations within seven (7) days after payment receive full refund only if cancellation is 10 days prior to the event.
Should more than 7 days have elapsed after payment, partial refund after deductions listed below will be valid:
A deduction of 30% (thirty percent) for cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the event
A deduction of 40% (forty percent) for cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the event
A deduction of 50% (fifty percent) for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the event
A deduction of 70% (seventy percent) for cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the event
There is no refund for cancellations made less than 10 days prior to the event
ARTICLE 6:
This contract will gain validity after being signed electronically by the PARTICIPANT and sent to EON TOURS.
ARTICLE 7:
EON TOURS is not responsible amendment faults due to technical reasons.
ARTICLE 8 - PRIVACY POLICY:
Information entered by the PARTICIPANT concerning enrolment in orienteering events organized by EON TOURS may be used in PARTICIPANTs lists, statistical studies, lists prepared before and after events, results lists and event reports. All the media recorded during the event can be used with a promotional and marketing purpose.
In order to maintain maximum security of information given by the PARTICIPANT, your credit card information required on the payment pages is not stored in any way on the servers belonging to EON TOURS or any companies working for EON TOURS. All operations pertaining to payments via the interface of these pages are processed by interaction between the bank and your personal computer.
ARTICLE 9 – AUTHORIZED COURTS:
In implementation of this contract, Turkish laws and by-laws governing the articles within this contract will rule. In necessity, Antalya Courts of Justice and Probate are authorized.
As soon as the payment procedure is complete, the PARTICIPANT is assumed to have accepted all conditions within this contract.
